Food Recipes

Beef and Broccoli

2 cups cooked broccoli florets
½ pound thinly sliced flank steak
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon oil
½ - ¾ cup Dave and Anna's Stir-Fry sauce

Sauté flank steak in medium saucepan until brown over medium heat. Drain and set aside. Over medium heat, pour oil into the saucepan. Add minced garlic followed by broccoli and beef. Immediately add ½ cup of Dave and Anna's Stir-Fry sauce over beef and broccoli. Stir constantly as sauce begins to thicken. Pour and serve. For more sauce, add an additional ¼ cup of stir-fry sauce. Enjoy!!

Hunan Shrimp

1 ½ cup 70-90 count shrimp, cooked
½ to ¾ cup Dave and Anna’s Signature Blends Stir-Fry sauce
1 15 oz can of asian stir-fry vegetables, drained
¼ cup green peppers, cut into bite size pieces
¼ cup broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
2 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

In a wok or medium saucepan, heat oil until hot over medium/high heat.  Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper.  Add canned vegetables, broccoli and green peppers.  Stir constantly for 2 minutes or until hot.  Add shrimp.  Pour stir-fry sauce.  Continue stirring until desired consistency.  Serve with steamed rice.

Kung Pao Chicken

4 boneless skinless thighs, diced and cooked
¾ cup Dave and Anna's Signature Blends Stir-Fry sauce
¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts
¼ cup diced spring onion
2 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

In a wok or medium saucepan, heat oil until hot over medium / high heat. Add minced garlic. Lightly saute crushed red pepper and spring onions. Add chicken, stir-fry sauce, and peanuts. Continue stirring until desired consistency. Serve with steam rice.

Mongolian Beef

10 oz thinly sliced flank steak
½ - ¾ cup Dave and Anna’s Stir-Fry sauce
4 oz onion, thinly sliced
4 oz spring onion, cut into 2 inch in length
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon oil

Over medium heat, sauté flank steak in medium saucepan until brown.  Drain and set aside.  Over medium heat, pour 1-tablespoon oil into the saucepan.  Sauté onions for 2 minutes or until hot.  Set aside.  Over medium heat, add remaining oil in the saucepan. Add minced garlic followed by the beef and onions.  Immediately add ½ cup of Dave and Anna’s Stir-Fry sauce over the beef and onions.  Stir constantly as sauce begins to thicken.  Serve with steamed rice.  Enjoy!

Pepper Steak

1 ½ cup green bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 ½ cup sliced yellow onions,
½ pound thinly sliced flank steak
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 - 3/4 cup Dave and Anna's Stir-Fry sauce

Over medium heat, saute' flank steak until brown. Drain and set aside. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the saucepan and saute' green pepper and onions until slightly cooked. Add the remaining oil along with minced garlic, beef, peppers, and Dave and Anna's Stir-Fry Sauce. Slightly mix until sauce thickens. Serve with steamed rice.

 

Drink Recipes

Fog Cutter

2 oz unsweetened lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz light rum
¾ oz Orgeat Almond syrup
½ oz gin
½ oz brandy
1 scoop ice (use crushed ice or ice chips for best results)

Add the above ingredients in a blender. Slightly blend. Pour your Fog Cutter into your favorite tiki mug. Drizzle a ½ oz of sherry wine to the top of your Fog Cutter. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry. Enjoy!!

Puka Punch

1 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange juice
1 oz light rum
½ oz Dark Crème de Coco
½ oz Orange Curacao
¾ oz Bacardi 151 rum
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Grenadine
1 scoop ice (use crushed ice or ice chips for best results)

Combine all the ingredients. Slightly blend or shake. Enjoy!!

Suffering Bastard (SB)

1 oz Dave and Anna's Signature Blends™ Mai Tai Mix
1 oz unsweetened lemon juice
1 oz light rum
1 oz golden rum
1 oz 151 Barcardi rum

Fill a mai tai glass (13 oz) with ice. Mix in the above ingredients. Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass. Shake or stir. Enjoy!

Tiki Tumbler

3/4 oz Dave and Anna's Signature Blends™ Mai Tai Mix
1 oz unsweetened lemon juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz light rum
1 oz vodka
1 cup of ice (use ice chips or crushed ice for best results)

Pour all ingredients in a blender. Slightly blend and pour into your favorite tiki mug. Enjoy!

Virgin Pina Colada

½ oz lemon juice
2 ½ oz pineapple juice
¾ oz cream of coconut
1 cup crushed ice

Combine the above ingredients in a mixer or blender. Slightly blend. Pour into your favorite tiki mug. Garnish with pineapple and cherry. Enjoy!!

Zombie (named the "strongest drink" served at the Honolulu Restaurant)

2 oz orange juice
1 oz unsweetened lemon juice
1 oz light rum
1 oz 151 rum
3/4 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Orange Curacao
1 cup of ice (use ice chips or crushed ice for best results)

Be precise on measuring the ingredients! Slightly blend or shake. Pour into your favorite tiki mug (Dave recommends the Bikini Girl Mug) and enjoy!
